Craig Phillips, owner, started in the communication business as a switch programmer at Fort Lyon VA, responsible for the programming and maintenance of the NEC phone switch.The first major project included design, installation and testing of a campus wide fiber optic backbone. This project also included a complete rewire of the campus for the new data network. Craig also was responsible for the design, installation, programming and testing of the new clinic phone systems and data network wiring, to include paging, Voice Mail and Auto Attendant equipment. When Fort Lyon closed Phillips Communications was born and Craig entered into the private sector working on several brands of telephone switches. Craig Phillips brought with him a strong since of commitment, he prides himself on his abilty, experience and knowledge to troubleshoot any problem and find a solution that will keep his customers operating and productive for their customers. Customer service is the #1 priority of Phillips Communications.
